Step-by-Step Guide: Buying Digital Goods
This guide explains every step in plain language, so you can safely and confidently buy your first digital product (game key, subscription, gift card, top-up, or similar) using our Telegram Mini App. Even if you are new to crypto or online marketplaces — follow along and you’ll be fine.
1. Open the Mini App
Tap on our Telegram Mini App. It will open inside Telegram — no extra downloads needed. Your Telegram account automatically identifies you, so you don’t need to register again.
2. Browse Offers
You’ll see a marketplace of digital goods — gift cards, top-ups, subscriptions, game keys, software licenses, and more. Use filters by brand (Amazon, Steam, Google Play, etc.), region (US, EU, etc.), and value (e.g. $25, €50). Pick the one that matches your needs.
3. Check Details
On the product’s page, check carefully:
- Brand and region — make sure it matches your account or store region.
- Value and price — you might see discounts compared to face value.
- Seller rating — based on past successful sales.
4. Pay the Invoice
When you tap Buy, the system creates an invoice with a unique wallet address. You must send the exact amount of TON (or USDT on TRC‑20) within the time shown (usually a few minutes). If you are late, the invoice will expire.
Important: Always send the payment from your own wallet. Double-check the address and amount before confirming.
5. Wait for Confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, the escrow system automatically reserves a code from the seller’s stock. This usually takes less than a minute, but network congestion can make it slightly longer.
6. Reveal Your Code
Click Reveal to see your digital item code (e.g., game key, subscription, gift card). For your safety, codes are displayed only once. Copy it immediately and save it in a secure place (password manager, encrypted notes, etc.). If you close the app without saving, you cannot view it again.
7. Confirm or Dispute
After you save your code, you have a limited time window to test it (try redeeming in the official store). If everything works, tap Confirm — the seller gets paid, and the deal is done.
If the code doesn’t work, tap Dispute within the time window. You’ll be asked to provide proof (screenshot or video). Our admins will review the case and decide fairly.
8. After the Trade
Once confirmed, you can leave a star rating and a short review for the seller and the digital item. This helps build trust in the marketplace.
Tips for Buyers
- Always double-check brand, region, and value before paying.
- Save your code immediately when revealed — you won’t see it again.
- Test the code as soon as possible, within the validation window.
- Use a reliable crypto wallet to avoid sending wrong amounts.
That’s it! In just a few steps, you can safely buy and use digital goods with escrow protection inside Telegram.
