1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Telegram Mini App, website, or any related services (collectively the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Services.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
Accounts are linked to your Telegram identity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, sessions, and any related authentication mechanisms. Any actions performed through your Telegram account shall be considered as your actions. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
4. Transactions & Escrow
All transactions conducted through the Services are facilitated via an escrow mechanism designed to protect both buyers and sellers. Funds are held securely until the purchased digital goods (e.g., game keys, subscriptions, gift card codes) are delivered and confirmed by the buyer. Once the buyer confirms receipt or the auto-confirmation period expires, funds (minus applicable fees) are released to the seller.
Buyers acknowledge that they have a fixed and limited time window to confirm the validity of purchased codes. After this window expires, no further claims or disputes will be accepted.
5. One-time Reveal
Digital goods (including codes, keys, and vouchers) are displayed to the buyer only once at the time of purchase ("one-time reveal"). It is the buyer’s responsibility to securely save and store the code at that moment. We do not provide the option to view or re-display codes again after the initial reveal.
6. Payments
Payments are currently supported in cryptocurrency (including but not limited to TON). Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future. You are responsible for ensuring that you send payments to the correct wallet address and within the provided time frame. Network transaction fees are your responsibility.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Selling or attempting to sell stolen, compromised, or otherwise illegally obtained codes.
- Engaging in fraud, deception, chargeback abuse, or money laundering.
- Using the Services in violation of sanctions, export controls, or other regulatory restrictions.
Sellers must ensure that all codes offered for sale are obtained legally and that they hold the rights necessary to sell such codes. We reserve the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities without notice.
8. Disputes
In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, the case will be reviewed by our administrative team. Both parties may be asked to provide evidence (e.g., screenshots, video recordings, or other supporting documentation). The decision of the administrators shall be final and binding, and no further appeals will be entertained. During a dispute, funds remain locked in escrow until resolution.
9. Refunds
Refunds are only provided under specific circumstances as outlined below:
Refunds are granted when:
- The delivered code is invalid or in an incorrect format (e.g., incomplete, unreadable, or not matching the stated type).
- The payment was received after the invoice expiration time (e.g., more than 30 minutes after invoice creation) and the trade was automatically canceled.
- Administrative error on our side (e.g., technical malfunction preventing code delivery).
- The delivered code is a duplicate of another already issued to a different buyer.
- The delivered product does not match the listing (e.g., wrong brand or wrong nominal value).
- Funds were deducted but no trade was created or no code was assigned due to a technical malfunction.
- Clear fraud from a seller (e.g., knowingly uploading invalid or fake codes).
Refunds are not granted when:
- The code was already redeemed/used after being revealed to the buyer.
- The buyer failed to confirm within the allotted confirmation window, and auto-confirmation released the funds to the seller.
- The code cannot be activated in the buyer’s region due to regional restrictions or incompatibility.
- The buyer changed their mind or found a cheaper option elsewhere.
- The buyer does not know how to activate the code or misused it.
- The code was lost after reveal because the buyer failed to save it (closed the page, deleted the screenshot, etc.).
- The code is incompatible with the buyer’s device, account type, or game version when such restrictions were stated in the listing.
- The purchase was made by mistake or unintentionally.
- The buyer could not activate the code due to misconfigured VPN or similar access issues.
- The buyer previously purchased successfully but now claims dissatisfaction compared to earlier purchases.
- The buyer’s Telegram account or device was compromised and a third party made the purchase.
- The payment was sent with insufficient amount due to network fees or incorrect transfer, resulting in underpayment.
- The payment was sent before invoice expiration but confirmed by the blockchain after the invoice had expired (network delay).
- The external redemption service (e.g., Steam, PlayStation) experienced outages or errors not related to our Services.
All refund decisions are final. By using the Services, you agree to these refund conditions.
10. Support
Support is available through our official contact channels. We strive to respond promptly to inquiries and disputes. While we aim to provide assistance 24/7, response times may vary depending on workload and complexity of the case.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Services with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
